Hello and Welcome. I’m Saja a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO, based in Mississauga, ON, and here to support you in making meaning out of life’s complexities. My educational background is in Religious Studies, and I hold a Master’s in Religion & Culture from Wilfrid Laurier University, as well as, a Master’s in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Martin Luther University College. I utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques including Spiritually-Integrated Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy to support you in handling life-transitions, processing grief, navigating interpersonal conflict, recovering from trauma, managing emotions, working through unhelpful thinking patterns, gaining self-awareness, forming healthy relationships, fostering personal growth, and coping with loss and loneliness.
