MAKE NOTICE the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals will be held via virtual means at 5:15- 6:45 PM in the afternoon of the twenty-second day of October 2020.

a) to receive and consider the Annual Report, the Financial Statements, and the reports of the Committees of the Board of Directors;
b) to confirm Officers and Directors-at-Large for 2020/21;
c) to appoint auditors and authorize the Board of Directors to fix the auditor’s remuneration;
d) to review and approve amendments to the By-laws of the Association.
