About

I have an MSc in Social Psychology: Behaviour and Self-Regulation. I have clinical experience and subject specific expertise from working with the Local Health Integration Network (Toronto Central and Mississauga-Halton LHINS) in Long Term Care homes coordinating for Behaviour Support Ontario (BSO). My services are supportive to community members experiencing existential concerns, fear of death, residents of long term care homes and elders living alone or with caregivers. I may be called upon for consultation by family members, MDs, NDs, nurses, personal support workers, psychogeriatric resource consultants, and geriatric mental health occupational therapists. I am available to complete assessments, and for consultations of complex mental health concerns. My other area of expertise is in Performance Training for athletes and neurodivergent children or adults. I studied with Terry Orrlick and use his sports psychology framework to support the focus/attention and goals of elite athletes. I also have clinical experience working with the ADD centre to support children using Bio-feedback and Neuro-feedback paired with performance training.
