I am a Registered Psychotherapist of the Ontario College of Psychotherapists, an OACCPP member and life coach. I work with individuals, married couples and families using CBT, Psychodynamics, Mindfulness and other counselling /coaching techniques. Too many people go through life not knowing who they are or what they want. My goal is to help people understand themselves, sort out confused feelings, find purpose in their lives, and improve relationships. I can also help people understand step family dynamics and parent maturely., The main issues I help with are anxiety, panic, stress, depression, anger, abuse, loneliness, confusion, work related issues, self esteem and relationship issues. Most clients feel quite at ease in a non-judgmental, comfortable atmosphere. I help families reunite after years of cut off or disagreements., $80.00 per hour, out of pocket. Different rate for benefit plans as I work with a third party. I also work with EAP companies. Aside from my office setting, I am available for Skype, FaceTime, email or phone counselling.
