About

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold an MEd in Counselling Psychology from OISE (2024) and an MA in Gender Studies from Queen's University (2018). I draw on various therapeutic models, integrating principles and techniques from psychodynamic theory, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, attachment theory, and mindfulness practices. My style is relational, holistic, client-centered, and trauma-informed. My work is influenced by my own commitment to and participation in queer/2SLGBTQ+ communities and is grounded in anti-oppressive and transformative justice politics. I am comfortable with a wide variety of ways of being, values, and relationship styles.
