Therapists bring their own internal worlds
into the therapy room. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore
how therapist “parts” such as the fixer, rescuer, intellectualizer, or avoider
can become activated in clinical work, and how mindfulness can help us
recognize these responses and return to a more grounded, Self-led presence.
Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), experiential exercises, and
clinical examples, this workshop offers practical tools for cultivating greater
curiosity, compassion, attunement, and relational presence with clients.
