I approach psychotherapy from an integrative angle, applying Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Psychoanalytic Theory, Existential Psychotherapy, and philosophy to meet the unique needs of my clients. My sessions are often on the less structured side, making room to explore your thoughts and feelings as they unfold. I try to collaboratively use our space to make sense of what our connections, meanings, patterns, and emotional systems are working towards. In addition to the practice areas listed below, I have experience doing assessments for motor vehicle accidents, refugee claims, and various other assessments. Having worked in many different fields, I’ve developed an appreciation for holistic approaches to well-being. I also frequently provide psychotherapy to mental health professionals, and other front line workers facing burnout or other issues. I hold a Masters in Counselling Psychology, and am a Registered Psychotherapist. I am also completing additional training in Psychoanalysis through the Toronto Institute for Contemporary Psychoanalysis. I’ve also studied concurrent disorders at CAMH, and am a member of the CRPO & OACCPP.
