“You can’t always get what you want but if you try sometimes you just might find you get what you need” (Jagger/Richards) It’s the legs which make a chair solid and stable. When one or more of the legs become loose the chair becomes wobbly. In much the same way, I believe a person’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness are the “legs” which make up our lives and sense of identity. When one or more of these “legs” becomes loose or damaged, our lives, like the chair, begin to wobble. I believe we are all unique, and not one specific skill set or therapy will restore a healthy state of being to everyone. Therefore, my style and approach to counselling is an eclectic one, taking into consideration and honouring the uniqueness and capabilities of each client. I am now offering individual counselling for adults and adolescents for such issues as addictions, Registered Psychotherapist through the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario
