About

As a professional with training and experience in general psychotherapy, sexuality, relationships, personal wellness, LGBTQ communities and trauma (simple and complex), my practice includes treating adult individuals on topics like emotion regulation, anxiety, depression, coping skills, childhood abuse, self-esteem & body image, sexuality & sexual addiction, gender, grief, substance use & addictions, as well as family and relationships issues. I am a bilingual psychotherapist qualifying – “Qualifying” means that I only recently joined the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) – living and working in Toronto. My background is originally in sexual health counselling, as I graduated from l’Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) in Sexology in 2011. I graduated from a Master of Education in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto’s (UofT) Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) in 2018. I have been working in the mental and sexual health sector for over a decade now, mostly in non-for-profit settings and hospitals.
