Tracy is a registered psychotherapist (RP) and certified member of the OAMHP. She has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and has been in private practice for over 20 years. She has worked for York Region Mental Health as a psychotherapist and, in Colorado, at Boulder Hospital for the Women's Recovery Center for Addictions and Eating disorders. Tracy's practice is in Aurora. She works with individuals -- giving her clients specific and practical tools to change their lives. Tracy has a depth of experience and training in numerous approaches such as CBT, Mindfulness based approaches, Jungian, Inner-child work, role play, meditation and guided visualizations. Currently she is training in IFS to become an "IFS informed therapist."
