About

I support individuals navigating disordered eating, eating disorders, and body image concerns, as well as those working through trauma, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, and relationship challenges. My work is grounded in a client-centred and integrative approach. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), along with other therapeutic approaches, to create a process that feels meaningful and effective for you. I work from a client-centred, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive lens, holding space for all aspects of your identity and lived experience. My goal is to offer a compassionate and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore your thoughts and emotions safely. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
