My practice focuses on trauma and somatic therapies, including Somatic Experiencing. I have a special interest in the psychotherapeutic treatment of anxiety, trauma, and cumulative stress. I have dual training in Psychotherapy and Occupational Therapy, and am registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
