About

My education includes an Honours degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario (Richard Ivey School of Business), and a Master degree in Psychology from the Adler Professional Graduate School in Toronto. I am a Clinical Psychological Associate, and I am a member of the the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation. I practice integratively and specialize in relational trauma. As a psychologist, I do my best work with adults who didn't get the chance to have great childhoods. People come to me who have been diagnosed with or who have experienced childhood trauma, neglect, complex PTSD, complex relational trauma, or early developmental trauma. People seek help when their lives may look great on paper, but they feel lousy on the inside. They want something better for their lives, and yet they don't know where to begin or how to make it happen. Perhaps they have tried therapy before, only to feel frustrated.
