As someone who has been on my own path to healing, I recognize the courage and strength it takes to reach out to someone for help. I will meet you where you are - be another human being in the room. Psychotherapy offers the chance for pinpointing the emotional pain that we've so effectively hidden away from ourselves. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario and have experience in assisting with anger, depression, anxiety, insomnia, relationship issues, school challenges and other life’s struggles. I work from a person-focused perspective and integrate many different treatment modalities to individually tailor treatment so that you will get the most out of the therapy experience. My own lived experience helps me to appreciate better the needs of gender and/or sexual minorities.
