Sonia Tanguay is a registered psychotherapist in private practice and a disabilities coordinator at the Paul Menton Centre for Students with Disabilities at Carleton University. She is a member of the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She offers bilingual psychotherapy, e-therapy and counselling to adults. She provides clinical supervision to developing professionals in the field of psychotherapy. Her professional areas of expertise include ADHD, anxiety, depression learning disabilities, social anxiety and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her work is informed by evidence-based practices which include cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness and skills-based interventions. Sonia uses a collaborative approach to promote meaningful life changes and values-based living.
