About

Young adults, postsecondary students, and teens come to me when they are feeling overwhelmed from trying to “hold it together”. They describe different combinations of anxiety, high sensitivity, depression, perfectionism, low self-esteem, stress, and/or burnout. They feel a strong disconnect from their authentic selves and find it challenging to cope with school, work, thoughts of the future, or daily tasks. They feel stuck and uncertain about their options and want support to learn how to navigate feelings of overwhelm and regain confidence in themselves and their abilities. A little bit about me: I received my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and am a member in good standing with the CRPO. Through virtual therapy I strive to provide individuals with a safe, non-judgmental space where they can feel supported, seen, and heard. I utilize a holistic, integrative, client-centered approach to help people, particularly girls and women, address the hardships they are facing and move closer to the changes they want.
