Shawna is a Psychometrist and School Psychology professional with over 20 years of experience. She received her Masters of Education degree specializing in School Psychology from the University of New Brunswick (Fredericton), and was a licensed clinical psychologist in good standing in Michigan prior to moving back to Ontario. Ongoing training related to Learning & Intellectual Disabilities, ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, and Selective Mutism has been prioritized, and Shawna is also a frequently trainer for school staff in these areas as well. Shawna employs a strength-based approach to the Assessment process, and strives to ensure that her clients' needs are adequately understood as well as appropriately supported by those directly involved in their care.
