Seagal Eben-Ezra M.A (Psych) is a psychotherapist with 25 years of clinical experience working with adults, couples, children and families. In her teaching and her clinic, she uses an integrated approach rooted in existential and developmental psychology, attachment theory, and current neurobiological research. Her unique perspective into the relational systems of families is inspired by her work with foster kids, parenting her own children, professional practice, and ongoing personal growth and reflection. Her practice involves expertise in couple and family dynamics, intimacy, self-growth and parenting. She applies a multidimensional approach in her work with children and youth who struggle with emotional, social and behavioural challenges incorporating expressive-art and play based modalities. Seagal Eben-Ezra holds a Masters of Counselling Psychology from Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, a Bachelors of Psychology from York University, and a post graduate specialization in Couples and Family therapy. As a relationship expert, she offers parenting courses, professional development and leadership seminars across North America and Israel.
