About

I have seven years of experience in this field, beginning in working with refugees abroad. This lead me to research treatment development for survivors of sexual trauma. I have most enjoyed working with clients who are processing trauma, anger, ADHD, sex (LGBTQ+ friendly), and/or grief. However, my experience extends beyond these populations, and I strive to stay open to the wisdom gained through working with a wide range of demographics and therapeutic approaches. Visit my website for more information! My therapeutic approach is eclectic. This means that I integrate a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor treatment plans to individual's needs. My training in psychology and yoga, as well as experience working with diverse populations, has equipped me with the tools to work flexibly, creatively, and compassionately with you. Picking a therapist can be an overwhelming task! It may feel like you don't know what questions to ask, what features to prioritize, and perhaps most of all – whether you can trust in and form a connection with the therapist that you choose. With sympathy for this, I offer a free introductory session so that you can test the waters – commitment-free. CRPO
