Unresolved emotional and physical conditions can lead to chronic sadness, a feeling of loss and emptiness, as well as a sense of hopelessness and a disconnection from life. , Using talk therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, art and mindfulness, she can help you find the strength within and together move through the storm into growth and change. , Sandy has 15 years of addiction and mental health training, and has worked with adults, teens, couples, and families.
