About

I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Toronto in 2017 and a Master of Education in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) in 2023. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Growing up in multicultural cities the Middle East and Canada, I worked with individuals from a variety of walks of life. I volunteered in several organization including Toronto Distress Centres and YMCA’s Newcomer Information Centre. I worked for three years as the HIV Prevention Lab Manager and Study Coordinator focusing on sexual health of gay and bisexual men and other men who have sex with men. I personalize therapy for each client because every individual or couple have their unique situation. My passion is empowering folx to achieve their goals as I draw from different clinical orientations including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy.
