About

I have a privet practice at Young and Eglinton area, but I am currently working virtually due to the pandemic. I have been in the field of Psychotherapy for over 20 years, working with a wide range of professionals, I see individuals, couples, and families dealing personal and relationship issues. I work from a relational framework, meaning that I look at individuals in the context of their past and present relationships considering their life stories. I look at life patterns as creative attempts for growth, which can work well at times, but at other times they no longer serve a purpose. My approach is compassionate and accepting, while at the same time, I strive to bring about self awareness and change, from a place of feeling stuck, to a better place of growth. I work collaboratively with my clients at articulating their personal goals and journey. As a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, services may be covered by many extended insurance plans.
