Rucha graduated from the M.Ed. Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy program at the University of Toronto (OISE), and she is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Rucha is the founder of Resilience In Mind, a mental health centre that offers psychotherapy services for adults, adolescents, couples and families. Resilience In Mind is committed to creating calmness, clarity and change for clients. Rucha practices a compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach, and cultivates an environment for growth, resilience and empowerment. She is passionate about advancing culturally inclusive counselling, and offers services in English, Gujarati and Hindi.
