Rubdhy is a psychologist who graduated from Universidad Incca de Colombia, specializing in domestic violence, addictions, and the "Parenting and Caring Dad" Program. She has worked for more than 20 years in three different countries., In Colombia, she was the Director of the Department of Psychology at several public and private educational institutions. Additionally, she worked in private practice and university teaching. In the United States, she obtained certificates to work with problems of addiction and domestic violence. She worked at several institutions as counsellor and conference speaker while working her private practice., In Canada, she began as a volunteer and co-facilitator of addiction groups at CAMH (Centre for Addiction and Mental Health). She has worked in different community centres as a counsellor and organizer of a variety of workshops. She has also had her own program at a local radio station. Rubdhy participated as a speaker at the Congress of the World Association of Psychology and Psychiatry held in Barcelona, Spain, representing Canada and lecturing on immigration issues. She is currently a facilitator in the PAR Program.
