About

I have over 40 years’ experience in counselling; I possess a Master’s Degree from the Illinois State University in Counselling Psychology; I am a long standing member of the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). I offer counselling services both in person and virtually via Zoom or other electronic communications apps. My areas of expertise include but are not limited to: survivors of violence and trauma/PTSD; emotional distress, grief and depression; life skills management and development; relationship counselling; workplace-related mental health issues; and parenting skills development. Please note that I am not the best choice for working with special needs clients or those on the spectrum or with neurodivergent issues.
