Rasha Wahid, Registered Psychotherapist, registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario and the College of Registered Psychotherapists. She holds a PhD in mental health and is skilled in the treatment of a variety of challenging problems such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, coping with stress, anger management and trauma. Main area of specialty is Narcissistic abuse, she delivers a structured healing program for people with Narcissistic traits and survivors of Narcissistic abuse. Rasha takes an integrative and client-centred approach to therapy, tailoring it to the client’s personality and needs. While drawing primarily on her expertise in cognitive-behavioural therapy, Rasha also employs other modern, evidence-based approaches, such as dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and solution-focused therapy (SFT), to effectively address clients' specific concerns.
