About

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and am currently a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). I hold a Master of Arts in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Wilfrid Laurier University. I offer virtual sessions to residents of Ontario and I offer in-person sessions in downtown Toronto. I work with clients aged 13+ with presenting concerns related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, disordered eating, identity, gender, and sexuality. I particularly enjoy working with teens and the LGBTQIA+ community. I primarily work from a Narrative Therapy approach which focuses on the stories we have about ourselves, others, and the world. I also draw from Geek Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy while integrating aspects of Feminist and Queer Theory.
