About

I believe in the healing capacity of people and my role as a psychotherapist is to provide a safe and supportive environment to help people access their own potential within. My therapeutic approach is diverse and includes transpersonal, solution-focused, client-centred, mindfulness, and narrative psychotherapies. I approach therapy and the clients I serve by connecting to the needs and unique style of each person I am supporting. I work with people to access their own inner resources for continued healing and growth, that wish to develop greater self-awareness, wellbeing and a more authentic and meaningful life. I believe therapy works best when it's a collaborative process, thriving on the mutual trust of client and therapist. I don't/won't pathologize the human condition. In private practice since 2012, I am a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) and a Registered Social Service Worker (OSWSSW). I have served people at the end of life and their grieving families within the Hospice and Palliative care system, as well as homeless youth.
