Olivia Stewart is a Registered Psychotherapist with CRPO. Olivia holds an Honors Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Olivia is currently completing a Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy degree through Yorkville University to build upon her psychotherapy knowledge and better serve her clients. Olivia provides psychotherapy to individual adults and teens. Olivia believes in the inherent resiliency of all people and seeks to empower her clients through application of empirically validated treatments and building trusting relationships. Ethics and integrity inform Olivia’s practice, and are at the core of who she is a professional. Olivia practices from a place of compassion and empowerment; she wants to see you succeed and is dedicated to your care. She relates to people with empathy and understanding, and builds upon their strengths while taking an active role in teaching new skills. In her free time, Olivia values spending time in nature and with family.
