I'm highly interested and experienced in treating folx who struggle with self-esteem, identity, anxiety and connection as a result of past relationship issues or trauma experiences. I specialize in the treatment of relational trauma, PTSD and Complex PTSD. I engage in psychotherapy with adult and adolescent clients, and have clinical expertise supporting sex workers, new migrants to Canada and those with refugee backgrounds. I am a also a member of and have experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community. I am open-relationship / non-monogamy, HIV/AIDS, kink and transgender allied. I ground my therapeutic approach in relational psychodynamic theory and pull primarily from experiential, EMDR, trauma-focused and attachment-based treatments. I am a licensed clinician with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
