Hello! My name is Nicole Saltsman and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). As a clincian, my work is driven by a simple vision: to create a psychologically safe space where people can understand their emotional experiences, build resilience, and develop the skills needed to function well in their daily lives with clarity and compassion. The people I work with are often overwhelmed by trauma, stress, or emotionally charged environments. They want to support themselves and others, but they lack the tools, the language, and the confidence to navigate these challenges safely. My approach is trauma‑informed at every level. I translate complex neurobiological and psychological concepts into accessible, every-day language and practical tools. I create an environment where people feel safe enough to reflect, experiment, and change. And I bring a steady, grounded presence shaped by years of working with first responders, survivors of violence, and people navigating life stressors.
