About

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying, CRPO), I draw a rich and diverse skills set with 10 years of training and experience in the fields of psychology and mental health. I hold a master's degree in Counselling Psychology and a master in Expressive Arts Therapy, along with certifications in CBT, SFT, NT, and Mindfulness-based interventions. My relational style can be described as relaxed but direct. My clinical background allows me to incorporate a full spectrum of evidence-based approaches into treatment to meet your needs & goals. My experience includes working with Trauma & PTSD, OCD, Anxiety Disorders, Perfectionism & High Functioning Anxiety. As a mother & first-generation Canadian, I also bring a compassionate perspective informed by my lived experience. Therapy isn't about fixing what is broken- because you were never broken to begin with. In fact the paradox is that just as you start to accept yourself as you are, you become open to change. In our sessions, you’ll find a supportive space to dive into the tough spots and untangle the areas in your life that feel stuck. I will walk with you, in collaboration
