About

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a Professional Licensed Art Therapist, DTATI, in Ontario, Canada, and I am registered with the Canadian Art Therapy Association (CATA). I offer various modalities in my practice and utilize assessments to fine tune client care, depending on the length of services required. I specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, workplace stress and anxiety, and work with children, youth and adults of all ages. I am an Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist, a Mandala Assessment Research Instrument Practitioner, and a Kalffian Sandplay Therapy Intern (CAST). I offer positive psychology, strength-based approaches, mindfulness for chronic pain and stress, and in depth psychology (Jungian focus) such as Guided Drawing Art Therapy approaches. I utilize cultural and sensitive expressive art therapy approaches to meet my client needs and helping them feel welcome and safe. My private practice occurs in person on Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons, other days are available for online sessions only.
