My approach to counselling is to be curious, open, and non-judgmental. Compassionate care, empathy, and mindfully based are the foundations that allow me to creatively walk alongside you on your personal journey. My areas of expertise are working with adults, young adults, youths and families with: anxiety related disorders, chronic pain and illnesses, trauma, infertility, pregnancy loss, family planning, postpartum mental health, grief/loss, relationship issues (individual only), family conflict and transitions. My educational background includes a Masters Degree in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University, and an Honours B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Toronto.
