I offer Holistic Counselling and Life Coaching using several modalities to improve mental health and reduce the stress quotient in your life. I have a BA in psychology and have studied Addiction at Fanshawe College and am enlisted with CACCF. I am certified in Dr. Gabor Mate's modality as a Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner. For the holistic component, I bring in the Eastern wisdom of yoga, lifestyle therapy, and meditation to reduce the day-to-day stress quotient with sleep, health, and wellness as a registered naturotherapist. What I work with is anxiety, depression, sadness, anger, procrastination, burnout, regulating emotions, limiting beliefs, stress, life transitions, enhanced self-confidence, improved sleep, digestion, and energy, and increased self-understanding, to promote resilience. I bring trauma informed, compassion and a holistic view to mental well-being and growth. I offer remote, virtual sessions, and limited in-person sessions at the London ON location. I have a sliding scale available. My motto is mental health is improved through talk therapy and body wellness for greater wellbeing, synergy, and self-empowerment.
