I have 20 years of professional experience in the fields of parent/child education, health promotion & more recently, counselling/psychotherapy. I am an accredited positive parenting practitioner and have helped many families with parenting support in both group and one-on-one settings., , , , I completed my practicum experience with a trauma treatment centre while finishing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University. During my year there, I gained experience, knowledge & best practice therapy techniques to help those struggling with the effects of childhood trauma, traumatic events, significant loss, life changes & complicated grief.
