Michaela Schwandner is a psychotherapist with more than 15 years experience treating adults, teenagers and young adults. She utilizes an eclectic approach drawing on elements from solution-focused, client-centered, psycho-dynamic, cognitive-behavioural and trauma-informed approaches, which can be tailored to a client's needs. She particularly enjoys supporting clients in re-discovering their qualities and strengths as resources which help them managing their current stressors and challenges.
