About

I look forward to meeting you and exploring what we can do together. I use an integrative and person-centred therapeutic approach to support the unique needs of each of my clients. Together, we will discover what approach best meets your needs and you will remain the expert in your life. My own personal journey has brought me to the understanding that we all thrive best in an environment that allows for us to experience empathy, understanding, compassion, non-judgment, and safety. I will ensure that this is the platform that we will build your therapeutic experience upon, so that you have the opportunity to move in your desired direction. I welcome and celebrate all that you are, and all that you bring into our meeting. Together, we will explore what works for you, and how to best help you find what it is you are searching for. It is a privilege to join you on your journey. I have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and I am currently a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
