I have been a Registered Social Worker since 2000 and been practicing for over 20 years working primarily in the mental health and addictions fields. I am a Couples EFT Therapist. I am trained in Levels 1 and 2 in Emotionally Focused Family Therapy as well as Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy. I have training in both PACT (Level 1 and Level 2) and EMDR. I am a certified member of ASTO (Association of Sex Therapy Ontario). My primary interest is working with first responders and healthcare professionals with PTSD. I am also an approved provider through Veterans Affairs Canada and Non Insured Health Benefits for Indigenous Peoples. I am a member in good standing of OCSWSSW.
