About

Everyone needs a hand at some point in their lives. I have been working in adult mental health for over 20 years, treating people with a variety of mental health, addiction, relationship, grief, trauma and personal growth issues as well as eating disorders. Previously in a hospital setting, I now have a small private practice in Clarksburg where I provide both in-person and virtual sessions. My practice is informed by extensive training in the following modalities: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), CBT-E (for eating disorders), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, Solution Focused, Trauma focused and Client Centred Therapies. I look forward to hearing from you and assisting you to build resiliency, understand the patterns in your life and develop skills for moving forward.
