Margaret is a Registered Psychotherapist with CRPO, and has over 25 years of experience in providing clinical counselling and psychotherapy to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families and groups. She has training and experience in psychotherapeutic modalieies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, narrative therapy, single session, online therapy / cybercounselling, trauma informed / PTSD, couple and family therapy. In her practice, Margaret applies primarily cognitive behavioural, solution focused, and narrative perspectives and is grounded in the strength based and trauma informed therapy. She has provided therapy to individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic symptoms, grief, relationship breakdown, work related issues, substance use, professional and personal identity issues. She is fully proficient in providing counselling / psychotherapy in both English and Polish.
