About

I am a registered psychotherapist with the CRPO and function as the clinical director and sole therapist for A Compassionate Space Psychotherapy. I strive to hold a safe and supportive space for each client to explore their therapeutic experiences authentically, free from judgment. I have an integrative therapeutic approach that is mindfully attuned to helping adult clients build self-awareness and self-compassion. My practice is strengths-based and anti-oppressive, recognizing and honouring each client's unique values and strengths that can move them toward their goals for personal well-being. A Compassionate Space Psychotherapy is an electronic practice that employs videoconferencing communications technology that complies with PHIPA to engage clients in the therapeutic process.
