About

I am a registered psychotherapist with the CRPO and function as the clinical director and sole therapist for A Compassionate Space Psychotherapy. I strive to hold a safe and supportive space for each client to explore their therapeutic experiences authentically, free from judgment. I have an integrative therapeutic approach that is mindfully attuned to helping adult clients build self-awareness and self-compassion. My practice is strengths-based and anti-oppressive, recognizing and honouring each client's unique values and strengths to help them move toward their personal well-being goals. A Compassionate Space Psychotherapy is an electronic practice that uses videoconferencing technology compliant with PHIPA to engage clients in the therapeutic process. I am a designated EMDRIA-certified therapist, utilizing the therapeutic approaches of EMDR, ACT, and IFS with a compassion-focused approach. I specialize in the treatment and support of clients struggling with anxiety (generalized anxiety disorder, panic and phobias), grief and loss, and trauma.
