I facilitate a process to either enhance or find the right occupational role as well as help young people figure out what educational path to take or how to pursue the right role once they graduate. I have implemented Career Services for agencies and for a national Employee Assistance provider and have managed these services. My experience covers working with a wide range of educational backgrounds and range of jobs/roles, and workplace issues.
