English, Mandarin

Welcome! My name is Jill and I am a psychotherapist registered with CRPO. I believe therapy is a place where you don’t have to hide parts of yourself. As a first-generation immigrant, I understand how complex it can be to navigate identity, relationships, and cultural expectations. I support clients working through grief, family dynamics, emotional regulation, and life or career transitions. My approach is relational, attachment-based, and IFS-informed, creating space to explore the connections between your past and present. I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion, offering sessions in English or Mandarin so you can feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow at your own pace. In our sessions, I offer a supportive and collaborative space where all parts of you are welcome. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, strengthen self-trust, and create space for healing and new possibilities. Beginning therapy is a brave step, and you don’t have to do it alone. I welcome you just as you are, with compassion and respect for your story. If you’re ready to explore your inner world and take gentle steps toward growth, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
