Coping with life stressors and challenges is overwhelming. With the constant changes and demands in our society, we often feel stuck and alone. Our negative inner voice and self-criticism further add to our suffering. Healing occurs, however, when we are fully heard and accepted. It is then that we have the mental space to unravel emotional chaos, develop new insights and reshape our life story. In supportive and non-judgmental relationships, transformation occurs. It is my goal as your therapist to work with you and foster this process of change and self-growth. Each person is unique, which is why I use an integrative therapeutic approach that is tailored to your individual needs. I am a registered psychotherapist regulated by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I have been trained in Cognitive-Behavioural therapy, but I also integrate elements from emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness and positive psychology in my work with clients.
