About

Do you feel isolated due to chronic pain or illness? I personally understand as a disabled woman and therapist. The isolation many have felt in 2020 has been really challenging especially those with chronic pain/illness. Maybe you are struggling with big life decisions like other-hood instead of motherhood or something else completely. You may define your self-worth by how many people love you, by how you look or by what you do - yet you feel like you're never enough. You thrive on drama even though it treats you like a yo-yo. Maybe you yearn for connection but run from it. I offer: Deep, non-judgmental and reflective listening, a deep and personal understanding of chronic illness/pain. Chakra balancing/cording/inner child/two chair/pendulum/guided visualization/art & music experiences to aid in the therapeutic process/ focusing and Dreamwork. I offer Brainspotting and legal psychedelic harm reduction & integration tools. I am here to support you at any time in your psychedelic harm reduction plan & integration needs with psychotherapy. Currently in Canada psychedelics are illegal. I do not promote illegal activities but do advocate for harm reduction, education & integration.
