I use a dynamic blend of approaches in my psychotherapy practice. I synthesize aspects of person-centered, emotion-focused and mindfulness-based therapies. In psychotherapy, you are the expert on what you need and I serve as a witness, warm presence and guide. I am a certified Yoga therapist as recognized by Yoga Therapy Toronto. I hold a Masters degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto. I am registered to practice psychotherapy in the province of Ontario through the Ontario College of Registered Psychotherapists.
