I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO). I am also an Assaulted Women and Children's Counsellor/Advocate (AWCCA). I have been in private practice for over thirteen year and offer psychodynamic, trauma informed, LGBTQ+ sensitive, talk therapy which includes diverse modalities such as guided imagery, meditation, art and mindfulness. I offer children, youth and adults a safe place to process issues (not inclusive to) depression, anxiety, grief, the impact of domestic violence and sexual abuse, gender and sexual identity specific issues, living with chronic pain . I also provide therapeutic space for supervised access for children and their parents.
