Karen Jay-Moore, M.Ed., RP, is a Registered Psychotherapist providing client-centred, trauma-informed therapy to teens, adults, couples, and families. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Karen integrates cognitive, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to support emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful change. With a background in education and grief work, she brings depth to end-of-life and bereavement support. Karen offers virtual and in-person therapy and is also a published author.
